As The Plum Tree Group continued to grow in 2007, so did the demand for creating professional online proposals for our clients.  After a year of creating proposals the “old” way (ie, static documents), we here at <a href="http://www.eintelli.com">eIntelli</a> realized that the time it took to create these proposals was very lengthy and each proposal looked too similar.<br />
<br />
In 2008, we took the initial steps in creating what we envisioned to be the future of proposals.  We came up with a plan to develop an online proposal tool that would allow us to not only stand out from our competition, but churn out these new e-proposals at a greater pace without lacking quality.  By the end of 2008 we had our beta version of eIntelli live and created a few test proposals to clients to get their thoughts and feedback.<br />
<br />
We were amazed with the feedback received and the increase of business this tool brought us. But something was still missing from our tool: Its ability to track the status of proposal (read, unread, opened for how long, etc.) and the ability to allow our clients to submit feedback from the proposal directly to us.  Once again, we jumped into development and within a few weeks we were able to see when a client opened our proposal, how long they spent on each page and if they had printed copies.  We also created the ability for users to submit feedback on the proposal directly to us so we could keep the ball rolling and keep the clients engaged.<br />
<br />
In early 2009 we realized that we had an amazing tool on our hands and felt it was ready for the public. At this point eIntelli was now able to track proposals, upload images and videos, receive feedback, and, most importantly, cut the proposal creating process in half. We started to offer free beta testing accounts to make sure others were just as interested and excited about our online proposals as we were. With over 500 sign ups in three short months, we knew our hard work had paid off.<br />
