I’d agree one would get their money’s worth if eIntelli was only used for its online proposal benefits and time-saving quality. But eIntelli can take it a step further and provide Business Intel to users. How so?: The Dashboard helps track your sales process and pipeline. The eProposal aims to provide its users with as much information as possible, from sales tracking to client tracking.
eIntelli offers two functionality tools to gather business intelligence: First is the dashboard and next is the built-in CRM, which I will be discussing next week. The dashboard provides an overview of the total amount of proposals that were won, lost, or pending, including metrics showing the average time spent on each page along with feedback.
While all this information is very important to a business, it typically only benefits the company’s managers/owners. So let me tell you more about the alerts that can be set to provide valuable Intel to your sales team. Once you are ready to publish a proposal you will notice a check box to turn alerts on or off. The moment the online proposal is opened, the sender will receive notification that it has been viewed or printed. If your client views the eproposal you can now view relevant page stats.
To eIntelli users: I challenge you to set and manage the alerts for your online proposals sent this week and if it doesn’t benefit your Business Intel, please share your feedback.

Countdown of Benefits #2: Business Intel
Monday, December 14th, 2009Why to Use eIntelli: Countdown of Benefits
Thursday, December 10th, 2009My name is Luke I am a Customer Solutions Specialist with eIntelli.com. Each week I will count down the benefits of eIntelli.
Benefit #1: Time Saver
When we first created the eIntelli virtual proposal tool it was solely for in-house. We quickly realized all of its benefits and we knew we had to share this application with others. One benefit that quickly stood out was its time-saving quality. No matter what industry you’re in I’m sure you are always looking for a way to cut down the time it takes to create a (digital) proposal. eIntelli allows its users to do so by working off of templates and master lists.
Three weeks ago I had a potential client contact me. Susan was interested in trying eIntelli’s free seven-day trial. We started talking about the types of proposals she creates and what she was hoping to get from using eIntelli. She told me that she wanted to spend less time creating proposals and more time creating logos for her design business. Susan’s major concern was the amount of time she was putting into her various proposals.
As we spoke further, I realized most of her proposals included about 75% of the same content. I requested she send me a few of her past proposals so I could show her how easy it was to use our templates and master list to generate them in half the time. After walking her though the preliminary projects we created she was very eager to get started sending her online proposals.
This past Wednesday I received an e-mail for Susan thanking us for allowing her to yet again focus on her passion and not creating tedious proposals. Her letter also went on to say she now sends out twice as many proposals as before… in half the time, which has provided a big revenue boost.
Don’t just take it from us. The above example demonstrates just one of many benefits eIntelli provides.
